The ALESSI Parmenide Cheese Grater, designed by Alejandro Ruiz and CSA, features a 18/10 stainless steel grater with a cellar in translucent blue thermo-plastic resin. It comfortably fits into the palm of your hand and stores grated cheese (or other foods) for easy removal. The grater blade snaps over the base and is easily detached for washing. The Parmenide grater is part of the permanent design collection at the MOMA in New York.
