It is made of 18/10 stainless steel with a thick triple sandwich base, able to be used on multiple cooktop surfaces. Manual milk frothing is more efficient than using traditional steam systems and keeps the natural lightness and digestibility of the milk intact. That makes it ideal for the preparation of hot froth for cappucinos, flat whites or cafe latte and also for cold froth for drinks like ice cafe and milk shakes. Fill 1/3 with milk, heat on stove without boiling (and without lid). Remove from stove and pump up and down for around 15-20 seconds. Leave to rest for a few seconds to allow the cream to condense. To produce a creamy result the milk must be hot (over 60 degrees celcius) or cold (around 0 to 4 degrees celcius). If left at room temperature it will not produce cream.
