Once a year we spend some time in a wilderness lodge with no sockets to plug in. Therefore I bought this nifty little radio. It winds up quickly, plays for quite a long time, good reception and I use it as speaker for my mp3 player. And during the recent power cuts it came in handy too.

The Lexon LA81 Safe Radio is a unique environment-friendly, great looking AM-FM radio covered in biodegradable plastic (made from corn starch) and real bamboo. It can by powered by crank and internal dynamo or by an external AC/DC adaptor (not included) and be used as a portable speaker for MP3 player (line in).
