Chocolate Fondue Recipe

450 gr dark, sweet or semi-sweet chocolate
1 1/2 cups light (organic) cream
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
Cut some fruit of your choice in squares

• Break chocolate squares into smaller pieces and drop them into the fondue pot.
• Add cream (which will prevent the chocolate from going lumpy) and stir gently 
  
• Add vanilla extract, and stir it in. 
• Use a fondue fork to spear the fruit, then dip it in the chocolate. Enjoy!

Chocolate Marshmallow Fondue Recipe

170 gr chocolate chips
1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
1/3 cup whipping cream
1 tablespoon grated orange peel
2 tablespoon fresh orange juice
Cut some fruit of your choice in squares

• Combine all ingredients in the fondue pot.
• Cook over low heat and stir until chocolate has melted and everything is thoroughly combined.
• Begin dipping fruit or other treats into this delicious chocolate fondue.

For some variations on a basic chocolate fondue recipe add

• sliced bananas (grilled + caramelized, even better), apples, pears, peaches, pineapples, dried fruit, citrus sections, strawberries, cherries, raspberries, blackberries
• some chopped nuts: pecans, almonds, walnuts, and hazelnuts all work well
• amaretti, biscotti, crystallized ginger chunks 
• a tablespoon of instant coffee granules or cappuccino
• your favorite syrup flavor
