Perfect for making home made popsicles without an electric ice cream maker. Create your favourite juice, smoothie, jelly or mousse and pour into the molds, cover with the lid, place on the stand and leave to freeze (or set) in the fridge. Once the ice cream has frozen or the mouse /jelly has set, the popsicle mold can easily be removed as it is made from silicone and it will effortlessly peel off. The lid becomes the base of the ice lollies and catches any drips. Your kids love the fact they won’t get sticky fingers. See two yummy recipes 1. Mango Popsicle, 2. Strawberry Proseco Popsicle.
