With its 4.5mm thickness, this fitness mat is thick enough to protect your bones and joints but thin enough to ensure optimum stability in every exercise.
The mat is manufactured from PVC, making it an easy to clean, hardwearing, and durable exercise mat. Furthermore, it has a non-slip surface. It is lightweight and easy to carry with the included shoulder strap.
